SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF MILAN LIBRARY SERVICE
The University Library Service is present on social media through the individual profiles of the various member libraries. The social networks complement the SBA Portal (www.sba.unimi.it), which is the official communication channel.
We provide indications below for the correct use of the social media of the libraries in our system.
The use of SBA social media implies acceptance of the following policy.
Since this document may be subject to modifications and updates, we invite you to consult it periodically.
The SBA social profiles are managed by the editorial staff of each library. Teaching staff, researchers and doctoral students can also contribute to the selection and drafting of content.
For an overview of the various SBA accounts on social network platforms and for related contacts, see the Appendix.

Personal data shared in comments or contributions within the social profiles activated by the libraries, or through private messages, will be processed in compliance with the Italian privacy law (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
