Subscription for the Endnote citation software (versions 21 and 2025)

Following a trial period in March and April, the University has purchased a subscription for the Endnote citation software, in two versions: EndNote 21 and EndNote 2025. Endnote is integrated with our Minerva catalogue and Web of Science.

With EndNote, you can:

  • search, archive, organise and share citations and bibliographic references;
  • insert bibliographic references directly in your Microsoft Word or Google Docs document (Cite While You Write);
  • automatically create a bibliography, choosing from thousands of citation styles;
  • archive the full text of articles in pdf format along with the corresponding citation, and add comments or notes.

The University's subscription includes 1,000 user licenses. Each user can install either EndNote 21 or EndNote 2025. This last version is similar to the previous one, but with some additional features based on artificial intelligence.
