Courses

The University Library Service offers free courses designed to help you navigate confidently through the databases, e journals and digital resources that are accessible via the Minerva catalogue. In just a couple of hours, you will learn how to find academic articles, e-books and other useful sources for your essays, papers and thesis, without wasting endless time searching.
Our synchronous courses are delivered via Microsoft Teams, last about two hours and are periodically repeated throughout the year. If you prefer to learn at your own pace, we recommend our asynchronous courses, which are always available on Moodle and can be accessed whenever you need.
Completing our courses is a quick and practical way to make the most of the University's library resources, at no cost to you.
