Group Study Room

The Library provides a dedicated room for its institutional users, allowing small groups to engage in study and research activities without disturbing others. The room can accommodate a minimum of two and a maximum of eight users.
The group study room must be booked in advance by one member on behalf of the entire group via the web or the LezioniUnimi app, selecting the service “BICF - Sala studio di gruppo/Group study room.” At the time of booking, users must specify the duration of their stay, arrival time, and provide the full names of all group members. Upon arrival, all group members must check in at the circulation desk to complete their registration.
The room is not available for individual study and may only be occupied by one group at a time.
All users must use the facility responsibly. Any behaviour or practices that could cause damage to the space, furnishings, equipment, or other users are strictly prohibited. The room must be kept clean and tidy at all times, and food and drinks are not permitted.
Users may bring their own bags and books into the study room; however, the Library is not responsible for any belongings left unattended.
The Library Manager reserves the right to suspend access to groups that:
- Fail to show up twice after booking the room
- Leave the room in an improper condition
