Corporate Publishing Collection
Containing around 500 texts on Italian industries and banks, some published by the companies themselves, this collection is particularly valuable for researchers in economic and industrial history. It continues to grow with relevant publications.

The collection, which currently includes around 600 volumes, offers a wide array of examples relating to the visual history of companies and their products. It draws on various disciplinary areas, such as the history of industry, labour, enterprise, economics, banking, publishing, and art—particularly advertising graphics and visual communication. Three-quarters of the collection consists of out-of-print volumes published in small print runs, making them rare and difficult to source. A distinctive and valuable feature of the collection lies in the variety of formats it comprises: monographs, commemorative volumes, gifts, biographies, pamphlets, catalogues, advertising brochures, manuals, journals, yearbooks, diaries, calendars, and posters. Taken as a whole, the collection provides a comprehensive overview of a major aspect of 20th-century Italian publishing, notable for its ability to skilfully combine communication with the interplay of text and image.
